Placing orders
1. Goods are available only while stocks last. We will contact you if the product you order is no longer available.
2. All prices shown are in Australian dollars. The Smith Family reserves the right to change prices without notice.

3. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The prices of goods purchased by overseas customers for overseas delivery will be reduced by the amount of any GST included in the published prices.
4. Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express) and the total for each order will be charged in Australian dollars.
Shipping
Within Australia
1. Postage and handling charges apply as follows:
1-2 items - $10
3-5 items - $18
6+ items - $24
Postage and handling costs do not apply to gift donations.
2. Delivery is via standard Australia Post services. Additional charges will apply for express delivery.
3. Allow 15 working days from placement of order for delivery.
4. Orders requiring delivery to Australian addresses must reach The Smith Family by Friday, December 5th to ensure delivery by Christmas.
Overseas
1. Overseas orders will be charged for delivery at cost plus a handling charge of AUD$8 per order
2. Delivery is by airmail unless otherwise requested. We shall advise you of the delivery charges before processing your order.
3. Goods will generally be shipped from Australia within 12 days of receipt of order
Refund/ return policy
Our Guarantee To You: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with and wish to return an item we will offer you a refund or replacement. Return it within 14 days of receipt with an explanatory note to: The Smith Family Shop Returns, GPO Box 10300, Sydney NSW 2001. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our supporters and to providing security for your personal and payment details.. When you purchase goods from us we collect the information that is required to process and despatch your order, including details of how to contact you if we have any queries about that order. We never disclose the personal information of our supporters to third parties unless they are working directly on our behalf to fulfil your order or we are required to do so by law.

Important information about Gift Donations and donations generally
All Gift Donations and donations to The Smith Family of $2 or more are tax deductible to Australian donors. Donations provide support to our Learning for Life students and their families. If you have nominated that your donation should be used to purchase particular gifts and we have received sufficient funds to meet the need for one or more of those gifts, The Smith Family will redirect your donation to where the need is greatest within our Learning for Life program.
