Sydney Conversations

Sydney Conversations

The Smith Family, with the support of a number of our generous corporate partners, held Sydney Conversations for seven years. We aimed to get the news behind the news as we welcomed leading experts and commentators to share their knowledge of a current topic that had the potential to impact on disadvantaged children and families.

Sydney Conversations was designed to drive thought leadership and raise awareness of a social issue, while promoting understanding of the role of The Smith Family and education in breaking the cycle of disadvantage.

Sydney Conversations was led by a strong MC who could direct a debate and create an informative and entertaining evening, with a small panel of experts, often from opposing sides of the issue, who have well researched and formed ideas on the subject.
