What does the data tell us?

We know how important school attendance is; that's why we include regular attendance in our partnership agreement.

Going to school every day gives your child the best chance to do well at school. Research shows that regular school attendance is linked to:

  • better achievement in English and Maths
  • increased Year 12 completion, and
  • further work or study opportunities.
