Here are some tips for building a relationship with your school:

Say hello to teachers, parents and other kids at school drop-off and pick-up times
Attend parent-teacher interviews and school meetings
Read the school newsletter, noticeboard and website
Attend school events and activities
Talk to your child's teachers about how they're doing and if there are any concerns
Share your child's special events and achievements outside of school with their teacher
