Our Culture
Our culture is what it feels like to be a part of the VIEW community. It's the warm welcome we give to new women, how we celebrate each other's achievements, shared traditions and the fun and friendship of VIEW.
VIEW is a powerful network of 13,000 women across Australia who come together for the shared purpose of supporting young Australians experiencing poverty to overcome their circumstances and reach their full potential by providing long-term, wrap-around support for their education. For more than 65 years, Australian women have joined VIEW to make connections, build friendships, have fun and give back to their local community by supporting The Smith Family.
Our culture is described in our Vision, our Mission, our Guiding Principles and our Code of Conduct.
