Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.
Across Australia, more than 13,000 women come together to connect, give back to their communities and help create brighter futures for young Australians. Celebrating 25 years of VIEW and The Smith Family in WA

25 years of VIEW and The Smith Family in WA - supporting children experiencing disadvantage to create better futures.

National President Lorraine Thomson, VIEW National Manager, Maryanne Maher and The Smith Family's WA General Manager, Julie Walker joined 130 WA VIEW members representing all 9 WA VIEW Clubs and a sprinkling of VIEW interstate visitors to mark this significant milestone for both organisations.

It was a full day with guests hearing from Her Excellency Sam Mostyn, Patron of VIEW and The Smith Family via video, The Hon Hannah Beazley MLA, four guest speakers, Learning for Life student, Noe, as well as updates from Lorraine, Maryanne, Julie and WA VIEW National Councillor Kris Behets.

There were also loads of prizes and give aways and a quiz to keep the members on their toes. Black Pepper created an exclusive 25th Anniversary Scarf featuring the purple and teal VIEW colours in combination with The Smith Family's iconic blue and red. The scarf was officially launched at the event with $10 from every sale being donated to The Smith Family!

A special moment was the presentation of the inaugural Barb Colson Memorial Medal Mabel Laidlaw from Rockingham Sound Day VIEW Club. Attendees were presented with a special commerative pin to celebrate the milestone and a number of inaugural WA members were presented with a special certificate to honour their years of service.

A jam-packed day where VIEW's traditions of fun, friendship, connection and community were shining!
