Merimbula VIEW Club

About

Merimbula VIEW Club was formed in 1980.

Our Club is now a Morning Coffee Club after officially changing from an evening club in March 2026, and are now known as Merimbula VIEW Club.  We share wonderful friendships in a small club and support two Learning for Life students.

We are always open to new members, so please get in touch today and come and see what it's all about.

David Neyle, who founded Bega Valley's Repair Cafe, gave a most informative and interesting presentation at Merimbula VIEW Club's June meeting.

Celebrating NG03 Zone Conference in June 2026

Guest Speaker, MP Kristy McBain, had attendees at NG03 Zone Conference laughing and nodding in agreement with the changes women have made through having a go and doing something about the things that 'bug us' as we take our rightful place in society.

Challenges of Raising Kids - Goats

Veronica gave a most entertaining and informative presentation on the challenges of raising kids (goats); and

Bega Valley Shire Expo 2026

Local community volunteer organisations participated in Bega Valley Shire Council Expo in Volunteer Week.

The VIEW display attracted many interested women who were given brochures and information about local clubs.

Guest Speaker in May 2026

Hannah Marshall, Administrator of Merimbula Visitor Information Centre, was Guest Speaker for our Club's May meeting; gaving an informative and interesting insight into the functioning of the Centre.

Robin thanked Hannah on behalf of all.

Birthday Celebrations in 2026

Our 46th birthday was a wonderful celebration with 28 attendees, including Members of Eden, Merimbula Day and Bega VIEW Clubs 

A new member of our Club gave a most interesting talk on her experience as a teacher in the Northern Territory.

It was wonderful to see members of other clubs interacting and a great day was had by all.
