Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.
There are more than 300 VIEW Clubs located in communities throughout Australia looking for new members – women from all backgrounds and walks of life, who want to make a difference.

About

South West Rocks Evening VIEW Club was formed in 1996.

Currently, the Club sponsors five Smith Family Learning for Life students and is actively involved in fundraising activities to raise donations for The Smith Family programs.

We are always open to new members, so please get in touch today and come and see what it's all about.

Easter Outing in March 2026

A sunny Autumn Day in a stunning spot made for a perfect picnic and Easter Egg Raffle for our Club We do our best to make our get togethers accessible and inclusive. Tucked in amongst their friends are two retired members of VIEW now living in a local Aged Care Facility. Just because they no longer live independently, does not mean they can’t join in our activities – we just have to provide a way to make it happen.

It also raises the profile of VIEW within a different network. Letting the Lifestyle co-ordinators at the facility know of our activities may provide opportunities for them to bring along other residents. And on this occasion both ladies were fortunate to win prizes, so they were dropped home with a plentiful supply of chocolate to accompany their memories. More care staff, residents and their families have shared in the fun and social aspect of VIEW
