Celebrating Christmas in November 2024
Entertainment, Lucky door, lucky seats, hampers and raffles to win. What a fabulous day for the many who supported by attending and kindly donating many items.
The entertainment was brilliant. Warraan Widji Arts children sang in the Wayilwan language and then in English. Nola recited A Bush Christening. A delicious meal, and quite simply, a perfect day out.

October 2024 Guest Speaker Bernie
Bernie, who was born in Ireland was our guest speaker in October.
Bernie recalled her growing up in Ireland during troubled times and the difficulties. Her parents owned an old-style Irish pub and general store.
Bernie went looking in the wider world for opportunities as she grew older landing in New York teaching and then on to Botswana, then finally Warren.
A very interesting history from Bernie..
