Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.
Across Australia, more than 13,000 women come together to connect, give back to their communities and help create brighter futures for young Australians. Southern Vales VIEW Club

About

Southern Vales VIEW Club was formed in 2006.

Currently, the Club has a membership of 39 women, and we sponsor six Learning for Life students, from early Years to University. Funds raised by our club enable us to support The Smith Family, Australia's leading education charity, who provide many resources to assist young Australians access education and brighter futures.

We hold monthly lunch meetings, with interesting guest speakers and our members enjoy building friendships in our other club activities with our book club at Aldinga Library, Mahjong ,plus monthly coffee mornings at the Mclaren Vale Visitor centre. We also have regular social outings and excursions to places of interest.

We are always welcoming new members, so please contact us for more details to join our club.

Meet Our Committee

Health and Wellbeing Expo at Kalyra Retirement Village

On Wednesday June 25th Southern Vales View Club attended a Health and Wellbeing Expo at Kalyra Retirement Village Mc Laren Vale SA

Three members, Jen Ria and Linda set up a very colourful and interesting display featuring photos and information about club membership, meetings, guest speakers and outings. And they were on hand to answer questions ! Brochures and flyers were also available to take away.

Jen creatively produced the display using View’s purple and blue colours as the background theme. The View banner and purple helium balloons added that extra colour and excitement!

There were many women who stopped to chat and hopefully our membership will grow. It was also an opportunity to connect with other community services and enlist guest speakers for next year’s program.

A very successful event, spreading the word about VIEW in the Fleurieu community!
