Club News

18th Birthday September 2026

Hastings Club celebrated their 18th birthday on 18th September. The lunch meeting was well attended by over 100 people, including Club members, visiting Clubs, special guests, and guest speaker.

Diane Latessa, the Zone Councillor VB01, was introduced to the meeting by Sonia, the President, and drew the first raffle prize. There were many fundraisers underway. All the goodies on trading table were sold out!

Hastings have a very good liaison with businesses in their community.

The whole afternoon went really well, the auction a particularly good money spinner.

BBQ Fundraiser in April 2026

Members recently held a successful Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser.

The morning started slowly (the day after ANZAC day) but picked up by 10am and the workers were kept busy, eventually selling out of sausages, bread and onions. A great day all round.
