Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.
Across Australia, more than 13,000 women come together to connect, give back to their communities and help create brighter futures for young Australians. VIEW members come from all walks of life but share a common purpose: supporting education while building meaningful friendships and community connections.

QA Gala 2026

07 July 2026

The Area QA Gala was held on 3 July 2026 at Easts Leagues Club, Coorparoo.

137 guests attended including National VP Angie, TSF Group Manager – Learning for Life Simon and Learning for Life Alumni Faith who spoke of her life and attaining the goals she had set herself. Faith moved the members when she sang Johnny. Also in attendance were Christine, QB National Councillor and Diann, QA Zone Councillor from the Sunshine Coast.

Past NC Lyall was reduced to tears when she accepted the Making a Difference Award for her 23+ years of service to VIEW, including a lot of behind the scenes work for the 2025 Brisbane Convention. This was presented to Lyall by National VP Angie.
