How can I download my tax receipt?

You can download an electronic copy of your receipt using the My Smith Family online portal.

1. First, log in by clicking here. If you haven't already registered for a My Smith Family account, please click here
2. Make sure you're on the 'Receipts' tab
3. Any tax receipts that are available will have the option to view using the 'eye' icon or email it to yourself using the 'Email me' icon

If you are a monthly donor, annual tax receipts are being sent at the end of each financial year. These are usually received before the end of July via post, and is immediately available on your My Smith Family account from 1/7/25.

Postal receipts will be sent from 23/7/25. Please note, they will take up to 10 business days to be received.

However, if you have not previously unsubscribed to our receipts by email, an electronic receipt will be emailed to you in early July, from 9/7/25 under the email title: ‘Your tax receipt is here’.
