- Position Type: Administration Support Volunteer (25-26BLKLFLAS2148) Blacktown, NSW
- Time Commitment: One day per week; Mon, Tue, Wed or Thu – 9:30am to 4pm for a minimum six-month commitment.
Administration and Customer Service volunteers participate in a range of activities and supporting administrative tasks such as answering phones and email queries, entering and managing important data, and organising mail-outs. They also support positive interactions with parents/carers, school staff, and other Smith Family team members and volunteers during their engagement. Through this rewarding role, volunteers provide critical background support for the educational and social development of young Australians in need so they can succeed at school and create better futures for themselves. At The Smith Family, we provide all our volunteers with key information about our work, important policies relevant to volunteering, and role-specific training. For this role, volunteers will complete a combination of online induction and ‘on-the-job’ task training to prepare them for their volunteering role. Key Activities / Duties Skills / Experience
