The Smith Family is seeking a volunteer willing to work as part of a team coordinating the activities of the Community Relations Group (CRG).
Through this rewarding role, volunteers provide critical background support for the education and social development of young Australians impacted by poverty. When young people thrive and succeed at school, they create better futures for themselves.

The main role of the (CRG) Community Relations Group Administrator is to act as coordinator of all CRG activities.

The main role of the (CRG) Community Relations Group Administrator is to act as coordinator of all CRG activities.
Key Tasks and Activities:
- To coordinate CRG speaking engagements with CRG members
- Look to develop additional speaking opportunities for members (based on CRG Plan)
- To report on CRG activities and outcomes monthly
- To liaise with the State Projects Lead -Vic and keep them informed of CRG activities
- To liaise with the CRG Chair on opportunity development and other matters
- Responding to general correspondence as required
- Respond to other administrative requirements as necessary

Competencies / Skills:
- General administration experience
- Have or develop an understanding of TSF philosophy
- To be reliable
- To have a friendly and approachable manner
- To be able to work as a team
- To be flexible with arrangements
