You will use your interpersonal and relationship skills, contributing to a positive team approach, to help amplify important voices in the community.  

The CRG Administrator acts as the central coordinator for all CRG activities. The role focuses particularly on sourcing, allocating and supporting speaking engagements, as well as reporting on CRG activity and outcomes. You’ll work closely with both staff and volunteer leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the group. Participation as a CRG member is optional.

Do you have the following qualities?

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team
  • Previous administration or coordination experience is beneficial, but not essential

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate CRG activities and administrative requirements
  • Manage and coordinate CRG speaking engagements with members
  • Identify and develop new speaking opportunities for CRG members
  • Liaise with the CRG Chair to arrange appropriate speakers as required
  • Provide reports on CRG activities and outcomes
  • Distribute relevant information and materials when appropriate
  • Manage general correspondence
  • Liaise with the Senior Manager – Community Fundraising as needed
  • Support any additional administrative tasks related to CRG operations

Time Commitment: Hybrid - Virtual / in-office role. Approximately one half day per week plus one day per month in the Melbourne office, flexible 9am to 4pm Mon, Tue &/or Wed. Attend 4 in person team meetings each year.
